Even when you do everything right. Most clients reach a point where progress slows or stops — and it’s not because your programming is bad. You see it happen every day:
From the client’s perspective, it feels like the program stopped working. That’s when they cancel or start looking for another coach.
Not because you failed.
Because workouts and macros can’t show what’s happening inside the body.
Even when you do everything right. Most clients reach a point where progress slows or stops — and it’s not because your programming is bad. You see it happen every day:

Guessing creates doubt. Doubt leads to cancellation. Labs don’t replace coaching — they restore belief.
You’re Missing Infrastructure

You need visibility.
KIS Rx gives you access to the same medical infrastructure used by elite coaching programs — without medical liability or legal risk.
You license the KIS Rx platform and connect it to your coaching program.
Secure access to essential client medical information for safe, personalized care.
You use lab-driven insight to personalize training, nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle coaching — while staying fully within scope.
You never diagnose. You never prescribe. You never cross scope.
Results Improve Because Belief Improves When clients can see what’s happening internally:

They stop blaming the plan — or you.
When belief increases, retention follows. When retention increases, revenue scales.

Not because you sold harder but because your coaching finally has clarity behind it.

To ensure compliance, quality of care, and provider availability.
When internal systems are off, effort alone isn’t enough.
Without data, both you and your client are forced to guess KIS Rx is built for coaches who:
You’re not losing clients because you’re a bad coach.
KIS Rx provides clients with access to licensed medical professionals and clinical services through the KIS Rx patient portal. Coaches do not provide medical care. All diagnosis, prescribing, and treatment decisions are handled exclusively by licensed providers.
No. Coaches do not diagnose, prescribe, or provide medical advice. Your role is to support clients through training, nutrition, lifestyle, accountability, and implementation. All medical decisions remain with the licensed provider team inside the portal.
Yes — in a coaching context only. Coaches may review lab trends to support lifestyle, training, recovery, and nutrition coaching. Coaches may not interpret labs for medical purposes, diagnose conditions, or recommend specific medications. Medical questions must be directed to the KIS Rx provider team.
All medical questions are handled directly through the KIS Rx patient portal. The licensed provider team manages clinical communication so coaches never have to respond to medical concerns.
Health Coaches do not earn commissions or revenue share from labs, prescriptions, or medical services. Instead, coaches increase revenue by using KIS Rx to deliver higher-value, data-driven coaching that improves results and retention. Coaches are paid only for coaching-related services, and KIS Rx allows you to position your offer at a higher level. Common ways coaches monetize include:
Value-added retention service: Clients stay longer when they have real biomarkers, ongoing progress data, and licensed provider support instead of guessing.
increasing coaching rates to match Health Coaching value: Many coaches move from standard fitness coaching pricing (example: $197/month) to premium health-focused coaching (example: $397–$697+/month) because the program is backed by real data and deeper personalization.
Low-barrier access offer: Coaches may offer KIS Rx platform access as an entry-level or retention-based program (example: $99–$149/month) to keep clients engaged, then upsell into higher-touch coaching tiers.
This model allows coaches to grow income ethically by charging more for coaching outcomes and client support, while licensed medical providers handle all clinical care through the KIS Rx platform.
Coaches may not sell, collect payment for, or mark up medical services such as labs, prescriptions, or provider visits. All medical services must be purchased directly by the client through the KIS Rx platform to maintain compliance and avoid CPOM or fee-splitting risk.
However, coaches may include KIS Rx access as part of their coaching offer and may structure coaching incentives or credits that support client participation, as long as the client still purchases labs separately through KIS Rx.
Common compliant approaches include:
Coaching Credit Model:
“When you complete your first lab panel through KIS Rx, I’ll apply a $200 coaching credit toward your next month of coaching.”
Bonus Support Model:
“My coaching includes guidance and implementation support based on your lab insights. Labs are ordered separately through the KIS Rx portal.”
Retention Incentive Model:
“If you stay enrolled for 90 days, you’ll receive a coaching bonus session to review your progress alongside your updated biomarkers.”
Example compliant client-facing language:
“Labs and medical services are provided through KIS Rx and purchased separately through the patient portal. My role is to coach your training, nutrition, lifestyle, and implementation using the data once it’s available.”
Coaches must market KIS Rx as access to licensed medical providers and lab testing, not as guaranteed treatment, prescriptions, or medical care delivered by the coach. Coaches may not claim to diagnose, prescribe, or manage medical conditions, and may not promote specific medications as outcomes.
Coaches may say:
“My clients get access to labs and licensed providers through KIS Rx.”
“We stop guessing and use real data to personalize coaching.”
“Medical decisions are handled by licensed professionals inside the portal.”
Coaches may not say:
“I prescribe hormones or peptides.”
“You will definitely get TRT or medications.”
“I earn a percentage of prescriptions or labs.”
“This is my medical clinic.”
Example compliant caption wording:
“KIS Rx gives my clients access to licensed medical providers and lab testing, so we can personalize training, nutrition, and recovery with real data — while all clinical care stays with the medical team.”
KIS Rx is designed to provide clients with transparent, all-in pricing through the platform. Most pricing includes the full clinical and operational experience, such as licensed provider review, required consultations (async or synchronous when appropriate), shipping, supplies, dispensing and pharmacy fulfillment fees, customer support, and secure patient portal access. This allows clients to receive high-quality medical oversight without surprise billing or fragmented third-party coordination.
When clients purchase labs or clinically appropriate prescriptions through KIS Rx, pricing is structured to include far more than just the product itself. In most cases, pricing includes:
1. Licensed medical provider intake and review
2. Clinical decision-making and oversight
3. Async messaging or live consults when required
4. Lab ordering coordination and result delivery
5. Shipping, supplies, and fulfillment logistics
6. Dispensing and pharmacy processing fees
7. Patient-facing customer service and portal support
This all-in model ensures clients receive a complete, compliant medical experience — not just a standalone product.
KIS Rx often provides preferred cash-pay pricing through participating provider and pharmacy networks, which may be significantly lower than many traditional concierge or cash-based clinics. For example, many clients find that similar services elsewhere may include separate charges for consults, lab interpretation, follow-ups, shipping, and dispensing fees — whereas KIS Rx pricing is typically bundled into one streamlined experience. Specific pricing may vary based on clinical appropriateness, state requirements, and provider protocols.
Example:
Large Provider to get Testosterone Replacement Therepy:

In many cases, provider oversight and required clinical communication are included within the pricing structure of services ordered through KIS Rx. That means clients are not paying a separate “doctor fee” every time they need medical review, portal messaging, or coordination. If a synchronous visit or additional evaluation is clinically required, the platform will clearly communicate that upfront so clients understand the full scope before proceeding.
No. Coaches do not set, mark up, collect payment for, or control pricing for any medical services. All medical services are purchased directly by the client through the KIS Rx platform, and all clinical decisions and pricing structures remain under the control of the licensed provider and fulfillment network. Coaches are paid only for coaching-related services and remain fully separate from medical transactions for compliance purposes.

Clients have access to a wide range of functional and wellness-focused lab testing options through the KIS Rx platform. Specific lab availability may vary based on clinical appropriateness, provider protocols, and state requirements. The primary lab of choice are the Men's and Women's comprehensive labs that the Patient administers on the shoulder themselves and then is conveniently picked up at their door!
Our labs have roughly 180 bio-markers that can be used to make medical decisions for all our prescriptions.
Yes. Clients may upload or reference prior lab work as part of their intake. Licensed providers may consider historical labs when determining appropriate next steps.
No. Prescriptions are never guaranteed. All medications are determined solely by licensed providers based on clinical review and medical necessity.
Yes. Clients may use recent lab work they already have, as long as it is from a laboratory or testing company accepted by the licensed provider in their state, includes the required biomarkers for clinical decision-making, and falls within the provider’s required timeframe for review. Because state regulations, provider protocols, and prescription requirements vary, all outside lab submissions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the medical team.
Yes. KIS Rx is structured to maintain a clear separation between coaching services and medical services. Coaches remain fully within scope, while licensed providers independently deliver all clinical care. KIS Rx also enforces strict marketing and payment boundaries to reduce CPOM and fee-splitting risk.
No. Coaches do not receive commissions, revenue share, or percentage-based compensation tied to prescriptions, labs, or medical services. This separation is required for compliance and protects both the coach and the platform.
Medical services must remain separate from coaching payments. Coaches may charge for coaching and platform access, but clients purchase medical services directly through KIS Rx. This structure helps avoid CPOM and fee-splitting issues that can create legal risk.
